Its a New Year People............................

I am back.. and yes it has been a minute.. but life has been treating me good.. busy but good.. I do plan to do alot more posting on this blog... Ive come to find out not only do I like reading others blogs.. but I like posting on em too.. DUH I guess thats why I created this in the first place..... I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday and more importantly a safe one.. I will update more a tad bit later.... Just wanted u to know Mama is back..... Sophia is home now...lol

Alot of us in life , we live for the future, what we are gonna get, what we planning to do, when I get that new car, when my business blow up, you know how you normally do....but instead its time to live for the now, when I say this , Im expressing this because I found myself living for the future, instead of enjoying what i got going on around me now, and continuing to work on my goals , plans, etc. I just was looking ahead and not noticing or being in my present, if that makes sense, Just moving fast to get to what I want and trying to hurry up and reach that goal, where in reality, youre not going to speed up the process any faster than it is going to be done in the first place...

I think life will be much more enjoyable , life will be more rewarding and less stressful..... So for all of you, please join me in LIVING FOR THE NOW..................... see if it makes a difference in your world.... Im on a new path in my life ..... lets see how this new insight on life makes me feel...

That dang on Law and Order!!!

You know last night I got up at 4am, b/c I couldnt sleep....so guess what I decided to turn on the TV and right as I snap it on...law and order had just started, and we all know once you start looking at law and order, you cant just turn it off...it turn out to be one hellava good episode too..... But the moral of the story is, the dude from Criminal Intent said a statement that stood out to me and I want to share it with you guys...... he said: If you keep doing what you've done, you will keep getting what you got! I loves that...... its something to think about...... say it too yourself again.....If you keep doing what you've done, you will keep getting what you got.

Needless to say, I am paying for that one hour of broken of sleep now...but hey its nothing that my morning cup of joe cant help....... smooches until next time...

I asked myself: What really Matters the Most?

What Matters the most to me right now at this particular moment in my life, is Being Spirtually connected with myself and GOD, Happiness, Family, Good Health and Success...... But then I asked myself, if I had to choose one thing from my list that matthers the most to me, which would it be? Answer-Automatically Happiness blasted in my mind, and a smile came upon my face....b/c in the end, happiness is the best feeling in the world...and when you are happy , 9 times out of 10 , everything else you mention is already apart of what youre doing in life!! So I want you to ask yourself, At this particular point, and moment in your life, what really matters the most to you?

P.S- Its okay to get Deep within yourself, every once in a while, its good for your Soul!!!

Hello FYE Addicts, I am currently getting enrolled in school, I will have my bachelors in 2009!! I am looking for a home, raising my son, working a part time job, and enjoying the married life!! FOr those of you who think marriage sucks, its not bad at all....lol Other than, that I will have more time to post on here once Im in my new home....so until then keep it real and keep it funky!

Russell Simmons Book Review.....

I just want to say, this is one of the BEST inspirational books I have ever read!!!!! I got to admit it Russie....You sure did surprise me with this one... not saying you arent great at what you do, but the moment I flip thru the first chapter this book captivated me in a way that I wasnt ready for......
And again for those of you who are not up to the whats happening...this book is definitely a go getter...it has not only inspired me, but motivated me and I've found that it helps to keep me mentally focused..
What makes Russie's book different from the rest is , the format of his writing.....as they say its not what you say its how you say it....this book can catch the audience of the younger generation because it relates to hip hop and he uses example with Moguls such as Jay-Z , Diddy and 50 cents....... but the older generation can relate because the knowledge is well put and also its a no brainer.....I can tell you one thing, I will def keep this and use it as a reference.... this will be one of my Spiritual Doses when I need to get back to what really matter for me...... Go ahead and DO YOU! cause'a'ra I'm def gonna Do ME!

The 50 Million Pound Challenge

I think this is one of the best ideas put together in a long time for the black community to come together as one , not only for our community , but for our well being and happiness... for those of you who are not up on the what's happening with what the wonderful Dr. Ian Smith has started, please check out his website on www.50millionpounds.com I for one sign up the minute I heard about it, and I have set a weight loss goal of 25lbs. Ive already lost 20lbs since having my son, so this is just another incentive to help keep me going. I loves everything about this challenge!!! Hey even Gayle King has joined, and I got a feeling Oprah will jump on board sooner or later, that is only if she is not afraid that this challenge doesn't include her main audience..... if you get what I'm saying! AND for the record for all of you that don't know I am the biggest number one Oprah fan, so no pun intended on that comment!!!! I just have to keep it real....and shoot for that matter I hope she proves me wrong!!!

Oprah and Gayle are at it again, They have the Big Spa Adventure Show airing on Monday, May 14th, 2007, tune in! I don't know about you but I enjoyed watching there last Adventure on the road, it was entertaining to me, Despite what Wendy Williams thinks, these women are not lovers.... this is definitely something me and my BFF would do!!! Loves it... Oprah and Gayle, keep being Fabulous....

The Saga Continues......................Update on The Secret

okay Ive made it thru 3 out of the 4 hours on audio of The secret people and so far so good, I think I will apply this Law of Attraction to my life and keep Positive people and things around me.... basically what Ive gotten from this is, you make your life on how you think..... if you think $$ will come your way, guess what..... $$ will come your way, or whatever way you folks want to apply in your lives..................I gives this one a 5 star rating!!!!!!
